Registration & Fees

Registration for Summer School 2023 is Closed

Families who have submitted a Summer School course request through their high school counsellor or junior high school administrator, will be notified by email the week of June 5 - 9, 2023 as to whether or not they have been enrolled. Ensure you are checking your junk/spam folder as well as your inbox for these notifications.

If you have missed the registration deadline, go to Alberta Online Learning for online summer school options.

Registration Information for Fall & Winter

Students will meet with an advisor during their virtual registration appointment. Students who are under 19 years of age and have not completed three years of high school are not permitted to register with Chinook Learning Services for Fall or Winter semesters.

Enrol early - courses may fill or be cancelled due to low registration. An in-person assessment may be required to guide initial course placement. This will be discussed and, if required, scheduled during your virtual registration appointment. Virtual registration appointments will start on August 16, 2023.

Required Documents

Students not registered with Chinook Learning Services in the previous semester or previous school year must complete a registration form and provide proof of citizenship. Instructions on how to submit these documents will be provided in the Course Request Form (available June 23, 2023).

Fee Information for Fall, Winter & Summer

Course fees are due at the time of registration. Waivers are not applicable. Diploma Rewrite Fees are not included in High School Upgrading course fees.
