Fall 2025 Registration Information

• Semester Dates | September 3, 2025 - January 15, 2026
• Beginning 8:00 AM on June 19, complete the Course Request Form and book a registration appointment for Fall 2025. This form will be made available on our website.
• Virtual registration appointments will take place from August 13 to 27, 2025:
  • Monday - Friday | 8:40 AM - 3:20 PM

How to Register for Fall 2025

	Chart Your Pathway (pdf) through high school to post-secondary. Visit Classroom Learning to see which core and option courses meet your academic and scheduling needs. Note age restrictions: Students Over 20 Years Old are only eligible to take evening courses. Get answers to common questions at Fall/Winter FAQs.
	Starting 8:00 AM on June 19, 2025, complete and submit the Course Request Form. This form will be made available here. After you complete the Course Request Form, you will be provided with a link to book a virtual registration appointment. You will receive an appointment confirmation email with instructions on what documents to submit.
	You will receive a reminder email 24 hours before your scheduled registration appointment containing a link to join the virtual meeting. At your scheduled appointment time, use the link provided to join a Microsoft Teams meeting with an academic advisor. If you are experiencing issues joining the virtual meeting, Contact Registration. Your registration will be confirmed during your virtual appointment.

Students who are still eligible to attend their home high school are not permitted to register with Chinook Learning Services for Fall or Winter semesters. Daytime courses are available to students 19 years of age or younger as of September 1 of the current school year. Evening courses are open to all adult learners.

Enrol early - courses may fill or be cancelled due to low registration. An in-person assessment may be required to guide initial course placement. This will be discussed and, if required, scheduled during your virtual registration appointment.

Fall & Winter Registration Requirements

Students are required to have adequate English language proficiency.

• English Language Proficiency Requirements

Students not registered with Chinook Learning Services in the previous semester or previous school year must complete a registration form and provide proof of citizenship. Instructions on how to submit these documents are provided in the Course Request Form.

Fall, Winter & Summer Fee Information

Fees must be paid in-person prior to the start of classes. Waivers are not applicable. Diploma Rewrite Fees are not included in High School Upgrading course fees.
