English Language Arts 10 Enhanced |

Core Course
An academic course that requires basic control of reading, writing, listening, speaking, viewing, and representing. This course focuses on the same curriculum as English Language Arts 10-1 and English Language Arts 10-2, but with increased time spent on language acquisition and effective communication, both written and oral. It is largely composed of English Language Learners but would also be appropriate for those students who require additional foundation supports.

Attendance |
Regular attendance throughout the semester is required for success. You must attend the first two classes of the semester or contact your teacher with a valid reason for your absence. If you are absent for the first two classes without contacting your teacher, you will be withdrawn to make room for students on the waitlist. |
