Off-Campus Fees

For Fall / Winter Off-Campus

Fees, where applicable, must be paid in-person or through your MyCBE account before credits can be earned. Waivers are not applicable. Financial Support may be available.

Fee-paying students registering for Work Experience 15-25-35 pay for one 5-credit course regardless of the number of credits earned.

A service fee of $25 is charged for all NSF cheques. All fees are subject to change.

 

Students 19 Years of Age or Younger

Canadian Citizens or Permanent Residents

Students 19 years of age or younger as of September 1 of the current school year are not required to pay course fees.

Temporary Residents
Students with a Study Permit or Work Permit are not required to pay course fees if their parent also holds a Study Permit or Work Permit, provided that both the student and parent live in Alberta as of September 30 of the current school year. Proof of Address will be required.

Mature Students 20 Years of Age or Older

The Health Insurance fee is mandatory and payable at the time of registration unless the student is able to provide an Alberta Health Care card valid for the duration of the semester.

Refund Policy

Course fees include a non-refundable Program Fee of $65. A full refund is given only when a class is cancelled by Chinook Learning Services. Refunds are not issued after the refund deadline.
