Enrol Now for Summer Off-Campus 2025

The following Chinook Off-Campus Application Packages are fillable using your computer's keyboard and mouse. Download the application package and save it to your computer. Complete the fillable fields, then print a hard copy to sign and date.

All forms must be submitted by email: CLS-SIS-OC@cbe.ab.ca.

For Work Experience 15-25-35

Students must complete the Chinook Off-Campus Work Experience Application Package Summer 2025 (pdf) only after they have a job placement. Deadline is: June 13, 2025

For Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP) & Internship Programs

• Students without a job placement must apply with CAREERS - Get an Internship (careersnextgen.ca). The deadline for applications to CAREERS is May 16, 2025.
• Students with their own job placement are encouraged to apply with CAREERS - Get an Internship (careersnextgen.ca).

Students must complete the Chinook Off-Campus RAP or Internship Application Package Summer 2025 (pdf) only after they have a job placement. Deadline is: July 15, 2025.

For Non-Calgary Board of Education Students

The following form, together with current Legal Documentation, is also required:
