 Fast-Track Certificate
If you have recently been promoted to a supervisory or management position or want to learn how to become a more effective manager, this Fast-Track Certificate will help you master the basics of business by learning the language of management. In this certificate, learn how to make a successful transition from employee to manager and learn the skills required to delegate responsibility, understand and motivate your employees.
The program must be completed within one (1) year of initial registration. Extensions will be considered; requests for extension must be submitted in writing to chinookconted@cbe.ab.ca.
Fees
Pay the $25 Supervisory Development Essentials Certificate Registration fee to maintain and track your progress. All course fees are specified individually. Please refer to each course. Course challenges and equivalencies are not accepted for Fast-Track Certificates.
Assessments
You are required to complete all in-class assessments and issued assignments. You may be required to complete an assessment outside of class time.
Registration & Discounts
Classes have limited space and can fill up if you delay. If a class is full, you may add your name to the waiting list. Waitlisted students will be notified of any vacancies. Classes may be added based on demand.
Earn a Digital Badge
 This Professional Development offering qualifies for a Supervisory Development Essentials Digital Badge.
Digital Badges are designed to help you effectively communicate your skills and accomplishments online. Each credential is certified by Chinook Learning Services and includes verified metadata describing the type of qualification and the process required to earn it.
