Fee: $879Start right! Create lasting and successful employment. Smart Work EthicsTM (SWE) is a workforce employability skills program developed to create an understanding of workplace ethics, often referred to as "soft skills" or "professional skills." From making a good first impression to knowing what interpersonal skills are required, participants learn what employers look for and measure when they hire and promote employees. SWE teaches universal standards needed to succeed in today's workplace. Employees lacking these professional skills risk job loss or becoming a "revolving entry level" employee. Participants learn the importance of personal accountability and understand what employers look for in a productive employee. Course fee includes all workbooks and materials ($130 value). SWE is a 21-hour training program led by a SWE Licensed Facilitator. Participants earn a Smart Work EthicsTM Program Certificate upon successful completion of the 21-hour program.
