Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in the Workplace

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) are important aspects of any workplace. A workplace that prioritizes DEI benefits employees, leaders, clients, and the company. When people feel included and valued, they are more likely to be engaged and committed to their work. This can lead to increased productivity and creativity, as well as improved morale and retention rates. Additionally, a diverse workforce can bring different perspectives and ideas to the table, which can lead to better problem-solving and decision-making. Employers and employees can take several steps to promote DEI in the workplace.

This interactive workshop provides participants with a solid understanding of DEI. Learn about its critical role in the workplace, intercultural competencies and strategies to practice, sustain and promote DEI initiatives. Participants will also learn strategies to engage in difficult dialogues, to identify exclusive practices and to implement inclusive practices so that everyone, regardless of their religious, cultural, gender, socio-economic and mental and physical background can thrive in their personal and work life.
