Romeo Costillas

Romeo is a Microsoft Office Specialist Master, Microsoft Office Specialist Excel Expert and Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate BI Reporting. Since 2013, as a freelance instructor of Microsoft Excel, he has helped individuals and organizations tap into the vast capabilities of Excel, enabling them to streamline workflows and make informed decisions.

Romeo is currently employed as a Business Analyst at Thermal Systems while pursuing a diploma in Software Development at SAIT. He has worked as a Project Officer (Acting Project Manager) for Qatar's leading healthcare organization prior to moving to Canada. In this position, he led a small-technical “Simulation Team” that used discrete event simulation to assist executives, department heads and other leadership in improving their systems and processes. In this role he gained valuable expertise as the department's SharePoint site owner and earned his Six Sigma Green Belt.

Prior to this role, Romeo worked for JP Morgan as a Business Analyst and Reporting Specialist which provided the opportunity to hone his abilities in cutting-edge business intelligence methodologies.

Romeo is an enthusiastic and engaging trainer. As a lifelong learner, he is all about sharing his expertise and knowledge to help leaners better their skills.
