Use CBE ID’s to Login to D2L and E-mail

Students are required to use their CBE ID number to Login to CBE Student Mail or D2L

• Process for Students:

1. Get your CBE ID number from your instructor. If you have not received a CBE ID, click GetChinookID2@cbe.ab.ca to have it e-mailed to you. The CBE ID is your username, you must change your password before going to CBE Student Mail or Login to D2L
2. Change your password: Password Change Tool. In the password change tool, your CBE ID number is your username; your birth date is your password. Your Birthday is in the order of year, month, and day. Example: 19860101
3. Enter a password of your own choice. Enter it again to confirm.
4. Wait up to three minutes for it to work.
5. If you get an error message while changing your password, or you forget your password, contact GetChinookPassword@cbe.ab.ca to have your password reset.
