Our organization has utilized Chinook Learning Services Corporate Training solutions to prepare for our MSOffice upgrade to 2007. The course was personalized to our needs and presented in a professional and enjoyable manner. It made our software transition so much easier, and the recommended K-cards have been a further useful resource. Individually, our employees have accessed various course offerings through Chinook Learning Services, Continuing Education and found each one to be informative, personable, and well worth the time and money. We have utilized Chinook Learning Services for many years now. We have specific in-house workshops we offer regularly such as Proofreading Perfected, facilitated by Joy Carlson. We have run other workshops, including management training, over the years, and have always been impressed by Chinook's client service, professionalism, responsiveness, and customization of their prescribed training to accommodate our specific needs. We engaged Chinook to prepare and deliver training to about 800 of our key users (15 at a time) in our transition from Office 2003 to Office 2010, under tight deadlines and with the complex logistics that delivering training to that many classes necessarily entails. The Chinook leadership worked closely with us to understand our requirements and tailor the training program to us, and their trainers consistently connected with our users, despite the wide variance in technical skills that our audience had going in, giving them the knowledge they needed to, in turn, reach out to their colleagues and guide the organization through a significant change process. Our project was a resounding success, and a large part of that was because of the superb partner that Chinook Learning Services proved to be.
