Under the guidance of an award winning cake decorator, learn to make tiered cakes for weddings or special occasions. This class covers advanced buttercream borders, edible modeled cake toppers, royal icing lacework, and advanced gum-paste flowers. Learn how to correctly dowel and assemble a layered and stacked wedding cake.
Recommended prerequisite: Cake Decorating - Get Started or similar experience.
