Indian culture has always viewed spices as having three functions - medicinal, preservative and seasoning. Join Shammi as she demonstrates how to put together your own spice wheel and blend the spices for a variety of different dishes. Shammi will also explain the medicinal qualities of each spice as she demonstrates a variety of traditional Indian dishes for you to taste and experience.
