Our Italian Cooking Instructor/Cookbook Author, Lisa Oliverio, will inspire you with her favourite desserts, homemade pasta, including gnocchi, and many more of her authentic Southern Italian recipes. Our classes are small, intimate, hands-on cooking lessons designed to let you hone your skills and learn new recipes and techniques. True to the Italian way of eating, the instructor will endeavour to use fresh seasonal produce and quality local ingredients.
