 ELL Summer School for Grades 1 to 9
The ability to read, write and converse in English is the key to students' success at school. Our English Language Learning course has been developed around the needs of students new to Canada. The materials used have been designed to foster English language growth and development in the areas of speaking, listening, reading and writing. Improved self- confidence and self- esteem are the outcome of spending time in this type of structured program. All levels of ability accepted. Students will be grouped by ability on the first day of classes.
Students should be registered in the course for the grade just completed. Student Evaluation Reports are issued at the end of the three-week program. These do not affect marks received in June 2012.
