 Cartooning - New for Grades 7, 8 or 9
Join this dynamic class to cultivate your artistic abilities to draw cartoons. Using principles and elements of design and concepts such as proportion, exaggeration and juxtaposition, students will design their own personal "character". This character will then be used to produce a three panel comic strip. Instructor: Jennifer Seaton.

Special attention will be paid to writing abilities needed for comic design, ending with an introduction to classical animation, and a simple animation project.
