2012 Calgary Regional Summer Band Workshop
The Calgary Regional Summer Band Workshop is designed to challenge students from Grades 5 to adult, whatever their level of proficiency. The program is carefully structured to provide band members with a warm and nurturing learning environment. It features a fun and friendly atmosphere that promotes positive social relationships, builds self-esteem and encourages musical growth. One of the primary goals is to send the musician home motivated and with new enthusiasm.
- Dates: Monday - Friday, August 20 to 24, 2012
- Full-Day Band: 8:30 am - 4:00 pm, see Daily Schedule
- New - Half-Day Beginning Band: 8:30 am - 1:00 pm
- Location: Lord Beaverbrook High School - map
- Sign-in: Monday, August 20, 8:00 am - 8:30 am
Registration / Fees
Students must have a minimum of one year of instruction on the instrument they will be playing.
