For 2012 Students

Students are required to return previously issued Chinook Photo ID Cards prior to registering. Registration is in person only.

 

Student Checklist for High School Upgrading Registration

If You Are . . .

. . . Under 20 Years of Age and CURRENTLY in High School
as of September 1 of the current school year - bring the following with you to your appointment:

as of September 1 of the current school year - bring the following with you to your appointment:

as of September 1 of the current school year - bring the following with you to your appointment:

 Prerequisite Information Form (PIF) signed by your high school counsellor
*
 Chinook Learning Services Student Registration Form PDF
*
 Parent/Guardian Signature (if under 18 years of age)
*
 Legal Documentation - must be presented each term at the time of registration
*
 IPP for accommodation (if applicable)
*
 ELL test scores from current school year for accommodations (if applicable)
*
 Course, Activity & Material Fees payable at time of registration. Textbook Rentals at Viscount Bennett Centre Bookroom only
*
 Chinook Learning Services Student Registration Form PDF
*

 Copy of Transcripts
