In addition to classroom instruction and relationship building, the students go on day trips that allow them to experience all that Calgary has to offer. They learn about the city's past at Fort Calgary and Heritage Park, take in the natural scenery of Lake Louise and Banff and get a taste of the annual Stampede and its breakfasts! Some examples are:
