The Bookroom (Room 018 on the Lower Level of Viscount Bennett Centre):
- Processes student requests for textbook rental refunds
- Sells basic stationery items, novels, Notes and Problems, Keys and calculators
Payment Information
Please note that Textbook Rental Fees and Course, Activity & Material Fees require separate payments. If you pay your rental fees in cash, cheque or debit card you will be mailed a refund cheque. Those who pay by VISA or MasterCard will receive a refund credit to the appropriate account. If a class is cancelled by Chinook, you will receive a full refund of the rental fee if the textbooks are returned in good condition within two weeks of the cancellation notice. Material and Activity Fees are non-refundable.
