Grade 12 Exams
All students registered in Biology 30, Chemistry 30, English Language Arts 30-1, English Language Arts 30-2, Pure Math 30, Applied Math 30, Physics 30, Science 30, Social Studies 30 and Social Studies 33 are required to write a Diploma Exam in order to receive credits and a final mark.

Mark Determination
The final blended mark for each of these courses is made up of 50% derived from the school-awarded mark and 50% of the Diploma Exam mark - except where mature student status applies.
For students with Mature Student Status, the final mark is determined by either the blended mark (school-awarded mark plus Diploma Exam mark) or the Diploma Exam mark only, depending on which is the highest mark.
Testing Information
- Personal Identification: Students must present identification that includes their signature and photograph. One of the following documents is acceptable: Driver's license, Passport or Chinook Learning Services Student Identification card (available from Registration, Room 162 at Viscount Bennett Centre)
- Testing Location: Diploma Exams will be written at Viscount Bennett Centre
