This course will help you understand teacher professionalism through an analysis of your personality characteristics. Seven personality traits will be explored in terms of their positive and negative personality features and how they might be applicable to professionalism in the classroom. You will be guided through a personality self-analysis and have the opportunity to complete a SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) analysis based on your personal reflection. Finally, you will explore methods for shifting any perceived negative behaviors into more positive, professional strengths. This teacher professional development course comes with a downloadable PDF of the content and the self-reflection and SWOT analysis for you to utilize in your growth as an educator. Videos and quizzes, amongst other course content resources will help guide you on your path to success throughout your training.
