• 90% - Exceptional Pass

Computer Training

• 60% - Pass
• 90% - Exceptional Pass

Customer Service and Meetings, Agendas & Minutes

• 60% - Pass
• 95% - Exceptional Pass

Interpersonal Skills and Writing & Workplace Skills

• 60% - Pass
• 90% - Exceptional Pass

Keyboarding / Typing

• 55 wpm - Pass
• 75 wpm - Exceptional Pass
