Linda McKay-Panos
Linda McKay-Panos has a B.Ed., J.D., and LL.M. all from the University of Calgary. She started her career as a teacher for the Calgary Board of Education and then returned to university to study law. Linda articled at the Court of Appeal and Milner Fenerty before going to work at Alberta Civil Liberties Research Centre (ACLRC), where she has worked for nearly 20 years. Linda is the Executive Director of the ACLRC, which is an NGO that does research and provides education on civil liberties and human rights for Albertans.
Linda has instructed law courses with Chinook Learning Services for more than 5 years. She enjoys meeting with people and finding out about the issues they are interested in.
