Ilda Andaluz-Mason
Ilda is a native Montréaler, who has a passion for traveling and languages. Growing up in Montreal allowed Ilda to be surrounded by many cultures and languages. Her parents introduced her to Spanish, school introduced her to French and English and by living in an ethnic neighbourhood she learned another language, Italian.
The 2010-11 term is Ilda’s first year as an instructor for Chinook Learning Services. She also works for the Calgary Board of Education as a HR advisor. She holds a BA in Psychology from McGill University and an MBA from University of Phoenix. In her spare time, she tutors French and Spanish to elementary students. Ilda has a passion for teaching and feels rewarded by seeing her students doing well, getting better and better each week. She strives to make learning easy, simple and enjoyable.
