 Heather Meadows
Heather Meadows is a soft skills coach and tele-management specialist who has been involved in the communication industry for over 30 years. Her career began as a telephone operator with Telus. Heather’s varied experience includes customer sales, customer service, program development and training in current communication technologies.
She holds a management certificate from the University of Calgary and is recognized by the Lumen Institute as a certified public speaker and leadership trainer.
Heather enjoys sharing her knowledge and experience. She finds it inspiring to see the changes as workshop participants gain skills and confidence to apply new communication techniques and become more effective and professional in their jobs.
