 Debbie Elicksen
People from across North America come to Debbie Elicksen to ask about book publishing. She works with authors and companies that produce books. She believes that to market a book, you need a professional product to sell.
Debbie has authored Self-Publishing 101 (Self-Counsel Press) and five sports books. She has also edited, ghost written, and project managed at least 70 books for others. She is a member of the Association of Canadian Publishers, Canadian Association of Journalists, Independent Publishers Association of Canada, and Canadian Association of Professional Speakers.
Debbie is also a sports writer and has covered the National Hockey League for over 15 years. She had a weekly NHL column on www.nbcsports.com and has written and reported for several other publications and sports services, such as the The Fischler Report, ESPN/PA and Philadelphia Sportsticker, and the New England Sports Journal. Debbie has worked for many years in amateur and professional sports administration, as a volunteer and staff member.
