Writing for Magazines - Part 2: Feature Writing

You've learned how to come up with an idea, target a publication, pitch an editor, find information sources and conduct interviews. You understand the difference between a story idea, developing an angle, and writing the lead. You've completed personality profiles and business profiles - all that's left is to actually write your feature article. Take your writing skills to the next level in this five-week follow-up course. The first and last weeks will be in-classroom instruction. In between, weekly writing assignments will be submitted via email to be edited and critiqued by a professional editor.
Prerequisite: Writing for Magazines - Part I.
