Selecting a wine can be intimidating, whether you are ordering in a restaurant or for your personal consumption. This intensive, well-structured, two-hour tasting will help you make the right choices by giving you the wine savvy you need. This course will cover: the differences between grape varieties, how wine is made, how different growing regions influence a wine's taste, understanding wine labels and food pairings. This course will also show you that it's not always about price! You will sample a range of red, white and sparkling wines. This course is all about tasting and ordering wine with confidence. Hors d'oeuvres provided.
