 Quilting - Get Started
6 Classes - Fee: $239
Create a quilt with a variety of traditional quilt blocks. Start with two basic blocks, progress to two intermediate blocks and finish with two advanced blocks. Learn the skills necessary to make a beautiful quilt, such as like how to create templates, sew pieces by hand, assemble the top, quilt and bind. Complete a quilt by the end of this 6-week course. Material provided, however, you will be required to bring other supplies which will be listed on your receipt.
Prerequisite: basic sewing skills.
Instructor: Valerie Moss.
We provide sewing machines for use in class. You may bring your own sewing machine and manual if it will make you more comfortable. Students should bring their own sewing kit (including needle, thread, tape measure, seam ripper, scissors), pencil/pen, and paper. All other quilting supplies and materials provided.
