We all know we should be eating healthier, and often the ingredients we are looking for can only be found at a health food store. However, when we get there, we have no idea where to start! Just where do you find arrowroot powder and agar agar anyway? In this tour, a holistic nutritionist will demystify some of those never-before-heard-of foods. Explore specific ingredient listings and get some insight into the rows of supplements.
