Learn quick and delicious meals to impress your friends and family without spending days in the kitchen. Each week a full dinner will be prepared and eaten, including some presentation skills, alternative ideas for healthier choices and personalizing the meals to suit your tastes. Presented with a mixture of demos and hands-on participation, this is a great course for everyone who enjoys foods. Some cooking experience is an asset. See course outline.
