Canadian Citizen
One of the following legal documents must be presented each term before registration can be confirmed.
- Adoption Certificate
- Canadian Birth Certificate
- Canadian Citizenship Card
- Canadian Citizenship Certificate (pages 1 & 2)
- Canadian Passport
- Certificate of Indian Status
Permanent Resident
One of the following legal documents must be presented each term before registration can be confirmed.
- Confirmation of Permanent Residence
- Permanent Resident Card (front & back)
Temporary Residents
Students 19 years old or younger as of September 1, 2026 must provide:
- Proof of Address
- Student valid temporary resident document (study permit, visitor record, work permit, refugee claimant document)
- Student birth certificate
- Parent work permit; or Parent study permit, letter of acceptance, and tuition payment receipt.
- Alberta Health Care Card
Students 20 years old or older as of September 1, 2026 must provide:
- Proof of Address
- Student’s Study Permit or Work Permit that authorizes attending secondary studies
- Passport
- Alberta Health Care Card
