Course Description

People to see and places to go but no time to spare? Time is a nonrenewable resource, often more valuable than money, and trying to manage it can be one of the major stressors for leaders. Learn that you cannot manage time, only yourself - easy to do but even easier not to. Identify the tools to make better choices, including the critical tool of delegation. Discover how to overcome time wasters and bad habits by changing your behaviour.
