People to see and places to go but no time to spare? Time is a nonrenewable resource, often more valuable than money, and trying to manage it can be one of the major stressors for leaders. Learn that you cannot manage time, only yourself - easy to do but even easier not to. Identify the tools to make better choices, including the critical tool of delegation.
