Data Management Technology
Course Description
Explore the application of paper, imaging, electronic data technologies and database management, including short and long-term storage. A Document imaging program, converting physical or electronic documents into digital representations, will be the main focus. Topics include: metadata, life expectancy of electronic storage media, secure storage for media, migration and image file formats.
