An essential skill in today`s workplace is the ability to think about, understand, and act on information in a way that is effective and responsible. It is crucial to become a critical thinker - effectively research, weigh, analyze and prioritize information, and apply reasoned judgement to make good decisions. As a leader, you need to always strive for results through clear priorities, clear communication, and good decisions. Learn how to assess your decision making and how to apply the skills of critical thinking, creative thinking, and effective problem solving to make sound, balanced decisions.
