Calming Worry to Survive & Thrive
at School |
|
Fee: $169
Worries are often hidden barriers that limit school success for students. Many school-aged children require direct teaching to learn how to cope with inside worries. This course offers helping adults better understand where worry might be occurring in the body; some of the many names of worry; common behavioural responses to worry; a variety of ways to break the worry cycle; and finally, decrease worry and increase calm. This course is suitable for educators and parents.
