 Amy Omelusik
Amy was trained in Professional Cooking at SAIT, then apprenticed and received her Journeyman and Red Seal Papers over 20 years ago. She returned to SAIT to take Nutrition for Healthy Lifestyles so that she could incorporate more nutrition in her cooking.
Amy has worked in a variety of venues including cooking for a daycare. Amy recently returned from travelling in India which was a life changing journey. Amy loves to explore the world through food and travel.
Amy has worked for Chinook Learning Services since 2003 and she says she loves the interaction with people, teaching them skills that will positively impact their lives, and learning from the adult learners with all the life experiences they bring to the class.
