Cheese Making
1 Class - Fee: $99
Learn how easy it is to make your own fresh mozzarella cheese. Our instructor, trained at the Vermont Institute of Artisanal Cheese, will guide you through the process using regular pasteurized milk from the grocer.
You will take home a kit with everything you will need to make up to 30 batches using either raw, whole, skim, 1%, 2%, goat or sheep milk. Learn how to customize your cheese using herbs or other ingredients that will amaze your family and friends.
