For 2008 Summer School High School Courses
The Registration Office (Room 162 at Viscount Bennett Centre) processes refunds, withdrawals and transfers. Notify the Registration Office in person if you wish to withdraw from a course.

Refunds for Summer School |
- A full refund is given only when a class is cancelled by Chinook Learning Services
- The Instructional Supplies & Materials Fee of $60 per course is non-refundable
- Any balance of fees will be refunded if you notify the Registration Office by the withdrawal deadline of July 3, 2008
- No refunds after July 3, 2008
- If you were under 20 years of age as of September 1 of the current school year and paid a Performance Bond, you may receive a refund for the Performance Bond.

Withdrawals for Summer School |
- Deadline to withdraw is July 3, 2008
- Fill out a "Request for Withdrawal"; form available in the Registration Office
- The Instructional Supplies & Materials Fee of $60 per course is non-refundable
- If you qualify for a refund and have paid your fees by cash, cheque or debit card, you will receive a cheque in the mail within 10 business days. If you paid by VISA or MasterCard, you will receive a refund credit to the appropriate account.
- No refunds after July 3, 2008

Transfers for Summer School |
- Requests for course transfers are handled by the Summer School administrators
- Deadline to transfer is July 3, 2008
- Transfers subject to course availability and prerequisites
- No transfers will be permitted from the April term into the July classroom Summer School
