Refunds / Withdrawals - 2012
Contact the Registration Office regarding refunds and withdrawals. A $60 Instructional Supplies and Materials Fee is applied to each course and is non-refundable. The Registration Office is closed Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

- April 2012 - Deadline to withdraw is April 19, 2012
- Regular Classes
- Winter 2012 - Deadline to withdraw is February 15, 2012
- Summer School 2012 - Deadline to withdraw is July 4, 2012
- Self-Directed Courses
- Winter 2012 - Deadline to withdraw is February 24, 2012
- Summer School 2012 - Deadline to withdraw is July 4, 2012
- Condensed Classes
- February 2012 - Deadline to withdraw is February 15, 2012
- April 2012 - Deadline to withdraw is April 16, 2012
A full refund is given only when a class is cancelled by Chinook Learning Services. If you qualify for a refund, a cheque made payable to the registered client will be mailed within 10 business days. Textbooks/materials must be returned prior to refund, for more information see Textbook Rental Fees.
Transfers - 2012
Transfers after the deadline date will be considered only in exceptional circumstances. Please direct your request to Student Services. Only students who have attended the Self-Directed Learning Orientation will be allowed to transfer to Self-Directed courses. No refunds for transfers from Classroom to Self-Directed courses
