Please note: a Driver’s License, Alberta Health Care Card or Marriage Certificate are not considered legal documentation for registration purposes.

One of the following original legal documents (not photocopies) must be presented each term at the time of registration. See new Registration Procedures.

• Adoption Certificate
• Canadian Birth Certificate
• Canadian Citizenship Card
• Canadian Passport
• Certificate of Indian Status - Band members must present Certificates of Indian Status
• Permanent Resident / Landed Immigrant Card
• Refugee Papers
• Study Permit (5-416)
• Work Permit / Temporary Resident Permit

Parent/Guardian Signature

A parent/guardian signature is required on the Chinook Learning Services Student Registration Form (PDF) for students under 18 years of age.

Chinook Photo ID Cards

All Chinook students are required to have a Chinook Photo ID Card. Students are required to return previously issued Chinook Photo ID Cards prior to registering. Contact Registration in Room 162 at Viscount Bennett Centre.
