Refunds/Transfers/Withdrawals

1. A full refund is given if a course is cancelled by Chinook Learning Services.
2. An administrative fee of $25 will be levied for each transfer or withdrawal request.
3. Refunds will not be granted within 5 business days (Monday-Friday) prior to course start.
4. Refunds are not issued once classes have begun or for non-attendance.
5. Some exceptions and deadlines may apply.

Chinook Learning Services has changed their policy regarding credit card refunds. All refunds wil be processed by cheque made payable to the registered client.
