Refunds/Transfers/Withdrawals

1. A full refund is given only if a course is cancelled by Chinook Learning Services.
2. If you wish to withdraw from a course or to transfer to another course, provided there is room available, please contact Registration at (403) 777-7224 prior to course start. Withdrawal or transfer must be requested 5 working days prior to course start.
3. An administrative fee of $25 will be levied for all withdrawals.
4. No refunds will be granted within 5 working days prior to course start or after course has begun.
5. Non-attendance does not constitute notice of withdrawal.
6. Other restrictions and deadlines may apply.
