Mohammad Toghraei
Mohammad Toghraei has been involved in helping integrate new immigrants into their Canadian workplace for nearly 3 years. His willingness to help internationally trained engineers understand Ethics and Law - a crucial component to gaining a Professional Engineer designation from APEGA – has earned him praise from the industry. For 20 years, Mohammad has been involved in training engineers through tutoring and classroom instruction. His current position with a Calgary engineering firm provides him a great deal of relevant experience from which to draw upon for classroom discussion and instruction.
Mohammad received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering and a Master of Science Degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Tehran. He is a member in good standing with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA).
Since emigrating from his native Iran in 2003, Mohammad has lived in Calgary with his wife and 14 year old daughter.
