Learn to use the many features of this operating system, including both basic and intermediate functions. You will learn the various features, tools, and options available. You will familiarize yourself with the basics of personal computers, customize Windows, and manage files and folders. In the intermediate segment, you will learn advanced customization techniques and work with applications and programs in Windows. In addition to this, you will also work with Internet Explorer 7.0 and enhance system performance. Content and practice focused. See course outline. This course is also part of the CBE Office Administration Certificate Program (OACP).
Recommended prerequisite: Comfortable with computers or Computers for the Absolute Beginner.
