Learn to use the many features of this operating system, including both basic and intermediate functions. Learn the various features, tools and options available. Familiarize yourself with the basics of personal computers, customize Windows, and manage files and folders. In the intermediate segment, learn advanced customization techniques and work with applications and programs in Windows. In addition, work with Internet Explorer and learn to enhance system performance. Content and practice focused.

Recommended prerequisite: Comfortable with computers or Computers for the Absolute Beginner.
