Whether you're a new or veteran manager or supervisor in a company you need to know how to analyze employee performance, identify and solve performance problems, implement leverage strategies, improve time and team management, as well as set and achieve goals. The Supervisory Training and Responsibilities (STAR) program is best suited for retail outlets, business offices, manufacturing and wholesale businesses and allows you to make the shift from employee to management with maximum effectiveness.
