Enhance your ability to plan and present, begin a presentation, use visual aids, respond to questions, participate in discussions and improve your results. Go beyond the basics by building on the skills covered in Speaking With Confidence. This course is also part of the CBE Office Administration Certificate Program (OACP).
Recommended prerequisite: Speaking With Confidence or equivalent experience. Bring your textbook with you.
