Are you tired of the same old potatoes, rice and boiled vegetables? Our Parisian Chef will show you ways to incorporate some unusual vegetable and side dish recipes into your meal repertoire such as Asparagus in Tempura, Braised Fennel, Zucchini Flan, Tomatoes à la Provençal, Couscous, Creole Rice, Vichy Carrots and Eggplant Caviar. Your side dishes will become the star of the show. This course is a combination of demonstration and hands-on.
