Problem solving is one of the most challenging and complex, yet vitally important skills required of individuals and teams in organizations. This course will help managers and team leaders determine whether their problem solving preferences work to their benefit or detriment. As well, you will learn how to involve your employees in problem solving and thus increasing productivity and enhancing job satisfaction. In this program you will learn about the different problems solving styles, and how to choose which style is appropriate for the work unit and situation.
