Office Administration Level 5
Max of 51 Hours - Grading Criteria
The fifth and final level of the CBE Office Administration Program will provide students with advanced management techniques that include conflict management and resolution skills, negotiation skills and ethics management. Students will also choose one of two electives either in project management or in webpage management. A student will be awarded Level V and the Office Administration Program Certificate upon receiving credit for all Level I, II, III, IV and V courses. Upon successfully completing all levels an office administrative professional is more prepared to work successfully as a senior Administrative Assistant or Executive Administrative Assistant at the Calgary Board of Education.
