Office Administration Level 4

Max of 75 Hours - Grading Criteria

The fourth level of the CBE Office Administration Program will provide students with effective interpersonal skills, leadership capabilities and effective management techniques. Students will also complete advanced courses in financial management, communication, and computer applications. A student will be awarded Level IV of the Office Administration Program upon receiving credit for all Level I, II, III and Level IV courses. Upon successfully completing Levels I, II, III and IV, an office administrative professional is more prepared to work successfully as an intermediate Administrative Secretary at the Calgary Board of Education.
